Coordinated Entry Committee

The purpose of this committee is to develop and maintain a coordinated entry system.

Data & Goals Committee

The purpose of this committee is to review and discuss program performance and HMIS data quality; review the CoC’s goals and performance, annual application; and annual Grant Inventory Worksheet (GIW).

Strategic Planning Committee

This Committee reviews progress on tasks related to the CoC’s Strategic Plan; and reports progress and recommendations to adjust tasks or timelines to the Executive Board with respect to the Strategic Plan to Prevent, Reduce and Combat Homelessness in Warren, Washington, Hamilton and Saratoga Counties. 

Outreach Committee

The Outreach Committee is charged with increasing community engagement through member recruitment, communications, and marketing. They will manage print, digital, and social media in addition to planning events that support the entirety of the CoC.
