Coordinated Entry Committee

The Coordinated Entry (CE) committee is responsible for supporting implementation of the coordinated entry process by hosting regular case conferencing meetings to review referrals, applications, the vacancy posting, and determine acceptance/denial in an effort to support the most vulnerable in finding the most appropriate housing. 

Governance Committee

This Committee develops and presents a slate of candidates for election to the Board of Directors at the Annual Meeting, conducts reviews of and recommends actions to be taken with respect to bylaws and governance charter, and oversees the membership application and renewal process.

CoC/Applications Committee

This Committee reviews and prepares recommendations and actions related to funded agencies and the funding application, including the PIT count, performance of funded agencies, review of aggregate data of funded agencies with respect to performance targets and the funding application. One of the primary tasks of this committee is to review, edit, and propose to the CoC an annual Rank and Review Application, prioritizing CoC-funded projects for ongoing and new funding based on community needs

Data Committee

This Committee reviews and prepares plans and recommendations and carries out action plans approved by the Board of Directors with respect to community wide data including, but not limited to, HMIS, PIT, YWCA, school districts, City Mission and DSS data to identify needs, trends, gaps, and emerging issues, the designation of the HMIS, and oversight of the operation of the HMIS.

Board

The Board of Directors is primarily responsible for developing a plan for the coordinated implementation of a housing and service system that meets the needs of homeless individuals and families, including an annual point in time count, needs and gaps analysis and targeted goals for system improvement.
