The Albany Navigates Program is made possible by Albany County and the City of Albany.
This program is designed to guide Albany County residents through the challenges of unsheltered homelessness, mental health, addiction, and housing. The Albany Navigates team will assist in navigating and providing services through case management and connection to essential services while steering folks to the support they need to thrive.
