Albany County Coalition on Homelessness CE
The coordinated entry process in Albany is designed to prioritize applicants for homeless services with the pilot phase and first phase focusing solely on permanent supportive housing. This process is not intended to determine acceptance into a program; it is meant to prioritize community services based on need. This process is intended to assure household eligibility for waiting list acceptance with programs having the ability and responsibility to ensure that household needs are best served by their program.

Rensselaer County Homeless Services Collaborative CE
The Coordinated Entry process in Rensselaer is designed to streamline access to homeless services. The Coordinated Entry Committee is a policy-based committee that works to design and implement HUD requirements and community priorities for the CE system in Rensselaer County. The Coordinated Entry Review Team meets regularly to review applications, case conference, and make referrals for housing opportunities in Rensselaer County.

Columbia-Greene County CE
The Coordinated Entry process in Columbia-Greene is designed to prioritize applicants for homeless services. The coordinated entry committee has been placed in charge of leading the development of the coordinated entry process. Over the last few months a process was developed to meet current Federal regulations. This new process of entry will coordinate services that will assess and assist agencies in meeting the needs of those whom are homeless and those at risk. The goal of the coordinate entry process is for client centered services to be allocated as effectively as possible.
