HMIS New User In House Training

This is an in house training (at the Cares Inc. office)  for new users or current users who would like a refresher.

Processing Intakes

Processing Discharges

Registration for ALL attendees is required as space is limited.

All new users must have written permission from a supervisor to access the database please send permission via e-mail (kclark@caresny.org) or fax (518.489.2237) by the date of the event. Within this should be stated the new user’s name and which program(s) he or she should have access to within the CRHMIS.

*Registration closes at 5:00pm the Monday before the training*

*** This training is held in the training room located at our office 200 Henry Johnson Blvd. Albany, NY 12210  Parking is available in the lot

behind the building on 3rd Street. Enter trough the parking lot door, Cares’ office is the first door on the right***
