Rank and Review Committee is responsible for the development, review and operation of the Continuum of Care’s annual Rank and Review process. The Committee is expected to:
(1) develop a Rank and Review tool that focuses on annually prioritizing projects to best address community needs
(2) conduct in depth interviews with project applicants as needed
(3) use information from both the tool and interviews to draft and present the Board with a final ranking of projects for approval
Membership: An odd number of general members (3-5), each from different counties who do not have a conflict of interest as stated in the Policy Handbook.
