The Coordinated Entry process in Columbia-Greene is designed to prioritize applicants for homeless services. The coordinated entry committee has been placed in charge of leading the development of the coordinated entry process. Over the last few months a process was developed to meet current Federal regulations. This new process of entry will coordinate services that will assess and assist agencies in meeting the needs of those whom are homeless and those at risk. The goal of the coordinate entry process is for client centered services to be allocated as effectively as possible.
