Albany County Coordinated Entry

The coordinated entry process in Albany is designed to prioritize applicants for homeless services with the pilot phase and first phase focusing solely on permanent supportive housing. This process is not intended to determine acceptance into a program; it is meant to prioritize community services based on need.  This process is intended to assure household eligibility for waiting list acceptance with programs having the ability and responsibility to ensure that household needs are best served by their program.
